Vascon Engineers Ltd. (VASCONEQ) has received a Letter of Acceptance from the Navi Mumbai Municipal Corporation (NMMC) for the construction of a Super Specialty Hospital at Plot No. 4, Sector 15A, CBD-Belapur, Navi Mumbai.
The project is valued at ₹260.09 crore, including GST, and is scheduled to be completed within 36 months from the commencement of work. The hospital will be developed as a state-of-the-art healthcare facility with advanced medical infrastructure and comprehensive Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing (MEP) systems.
The project adds to Vascon’s existing order book, which currently stands at ₹2,800 crore, representing a 2.8x coverage of FY25 EPC revenues. The company has the capacity to execute nearly 8 million square feet annually and is currently operating at 90% utilisation, supported by a team of over 800 project and engineering professionals.
