VTM Limited has officially appointed Mr. P. Senthil Kumar as the new Chief Financial Officer (CFO) of the company, effective December 15, 2025, the company informed in an exchange filing.
According to the board communication, Mr. Senthil Kumar brings over 28 years of experience in corporate finance, having worked with leading organisations including Magick Woods Exports, MEPCO, Kaleesuwari Refinery, Samsung India, MRF, Sundram Fasteners, and Larsen & Toubro.
He is a Fellow Member of the Institute of Cost Accountants of India (FCMA) and holds a Diploma in International Financial Reporting (ACCA–UK). His expertise spans financial reporting, taxation, treasury, fund management, ERP/SAP implementation, compliance, commercial operations, and strategic planning.
The filing also noted that he is not related to any board member. The board meeting approving the appointment was held between 12:00 PM and 12:30 PM on December 15
