Anudip Foundation for Social Welfare, in partnership with DBS Bank India, has inaugurated a DeepTech Training Centre at Airoli, Navi Mumbai. The centre marks a key milestone in a three-year initiative aimed at skilling and empowering 2,400 youth from underserved communities across Mumbai, Kolkata, Pune and Chennai.

The programme targets a minimum 70% placement rate, with expected monthly salaries ranging between ₹22,000 and ₹25,000. It focuses on bridging India’s technology skills gap through training in non-programming digital technologies, communication, career readiness and soft skills.

The DeepTech programme is delivered through a blended learning model using AI tools, gamification and a Moodle-based learning management system, with third-party assessments by Mettl to ensure standardised evaluation and job readiness.

Senior leadership from Anudip Foundation and DBS Bank India attended the inauguration. During the beneficiary engagement session, students presented projects demonstrating their technical learning and application.
