NBCC (India) Limited has announced the award of two significant contracts with a combined value of ₹289.39 crore, marking another strong addition to the company’s project pipeline. The orders, secured from NALCO and SAIL Bokaro, fall within NBCC’s regular business operations and further reinforce its position as a key player in project management consultancy and infrastructure development.

The larger of the two projects comes from National Aluminium Company Limited (NALCO), valued at approximately ₹255.50 crore excluding GST. This contract covers a wide scope of work, including planning, designing and execution of various civil, electrical, water supply and horticulture projects. It also includes construction and repair of RCC and civil structures, demolition of existing buildings, new construction, and the development of civic amenities across NALCO’s offices and townships. NBCC will be responsible for end-to-end project management, ensuring seamless execution of all development activities.

The second contract, awarded by SAIL Bokaro, is valued at around ₹33.89 crore. This project focuses on the desilting of Cooling Pond #1, covering both hot and cold water chambers. Like the NALCO project, this too has been awarded to NBCC in a project management consultancy capacity.

Both orders have been granted by domestic entities, and neither falls under related-party transactions. NBCC has confirmed that the promoters or promoter group do not hold any interest in the entities awarding these contracts. While the specific execution timelines have not been disclosed, the projects are expected to be taken up in line with NBCC’s standard delivery framework.
