Subex Limited has announced a major international win, signing a five-year agreement with one of Europe’s largest integrated energy and telecommunications providers. The partnership positions Subex as the preferred technology partner for the customer’s telecom vertical, strengthening the company’s presence in the European market and adding another significant global logo to its portfolio.

The deal, valued at around USD 1 million, covers the deployment of Subex’s advanced Fraud Management solution along with a comprehensive suite of services that includes domain-led business consulting, training, managed services for the initial three years, and long-term product support for the entire duration of the contract. The full program will be delivered and managed from Subex’s EU offices, reflecting the company’s growing regional capability.

The European operator selected Subex after evaluating the depth of its fraud prevention functionality, its strong security and data-protection framework, and its future-ready architecture designed for greenfield scalability. With the customer building out new telecom capabilities alongside its existing energy infrastructure—spanning power grids, renewable energy operations, EV charging, and fiber and mobile networks—Subex’s ability to offer an ROI-driven and outcome-focused roadmap played a key role in securing the mandate.

Speaking on the milestone, Subex’s Managing Director and CEO, Nisha Dutt, described the partnership as an important step in the company’s growth strategy in Europe. She highlighted the customer’s forward-looking approach to creating a robust fraud defense from day zero as it expands its telecom operations. Dutt emphasized that Subex’s fraud management platform will help safeguard the operator’s revenues, customers, and brand as it pursues rapid digital growth across its service lines.
