ACME Solar Holdings has reported the commissioning of the second phase of its wind power project in Gujarat. According to the latest update, ACME Eco Clean Energy Private Limited, a subsidiary of the company, received the Certificate of Commissioning dated December 9, 2025, from the Gujarat Energy Development Agency (GEDA).

The certified capacity covers 16 MW of the planned 100 MW wind power project located across Dhakaniya, Dhajala and Dhandhalpur villages in Sayla, Surendranagar district. This update follows the company’s earlier intimation dated November 19, 2025.

In the exchange filings, the company shared, “We wish to inform that ACME Eco Clean Energy Private Limited, a subsidiary of ACME Solar Holdings Limited, has received the Certificate of Commissioning dated December 09, 2025, from the Gujarat Energy Development Agency (“GEDA”) for the 16 MW (second phase) of its 100 MW wind power project at Village: Dhakaniya, Dhajala and Dhandhalpur, Taluka: Sayla; Dist: Surendranagar, Gujarat.”

With the second phase commissioned, the project now progresses toward its remaining capacity. The development remains part of the scheduled implementation plan and reflects the ongoing execution of the previously announced installation.
