The transaction was completed on 5 December 2025, and the company received the formal confirmation of the acquisition on 8 December 2025. With this development, GEPL now stands as a wholly owned subsidiary of Zaggle Prepaid Ocean Services Limited.
This development marks an important step in Zaggle’s expansion strategy, bringing Greenedge Enterprises fully under its ownership as a wholly owned subsidiary.
In the exchange filings, the company shared,”Zaggle Prepaid Ocean Services Limited (Company) has, on December 05, 2025, acquired 100% equity stake in Greenedge Enterprises Private Limited (GEPL). Consequently, GEPL has now become a wholly owned subsidiary of the Company. The said information has been received on December 08, 2025.”
