Dhruv Consultancy Services Ltd has announced that it has secured a major consultancy mandate from the National Highways Authority of India (NHAI) for preparing Detailed Project Reports (DPR) and feasibility studies across several key road corridors in Kerala. The appointment was confirmed through a letter dated 4 December 2025 and formally received by the company on 5 December 2025, the exchange filing showed.

According to the disclosure, the project carries a fixed contract value of Rs 5,25,17,190 (excluding GST) and will be executed over a duration of nine months. The consultancy work will be undertaken by Dhruv Consultancy in association with Dayanandaman Construction & Consultant Pvt Ltd.

Projects covered under the mandate include:
• Development of Km 33.000 to Km 39.000 and Km 43.000 to Km 50.000 of NH-85
2L + PS connectivity to Kannur Airport from NH-66
4-lane connectivity from Ramanattukara to Calicut International Airport
Western Ernakulam Bypass: 4-lane link between Kodungallur (NH-66) and Angamaly (NH-544)
• Road from Fort Vypin to Matsyafed Tourist Office in Kerala

The filing also confirms that the contract has been awarded by a domestic entity (NHAI), with no related-party involvement, and that the terms fall under standard government contract conditions.

This win adds to Dhruv Consultancy’s ongoing portfolio of national highway planning and feasibility assignments across India.
