Nibe Limited on Thursday announced that it has received possession of a major land parcel allotted by the Maharashtra Industrial Development Corporation (MIDC), marking a significant step in the company’s expansion plans.
In a regulatory filing, the company informed that it has taken possession of Plot No. A-1/2, measuring 3,14,357 square metres, located in the Shirdi Industrial Area in Taluka Kopargaon & Rahata, District Ahilyanagar. The allotment had been issued earlier via MIDC letter dated February 10, 2025, and the company has now formally completed the handover process.
This update is in continuation of Nibe’s earlier intimations dated September 17, 2024, January 10, 2025, February 11, 2025, and February 24, 2025, where the company had disclosed steps related to land acquisition and expansion.
Nibe said the possession of the plot marks a key milestone under its capacity expansion initiatives, though further details on proposed development, investment plans or timelines were not disclosed in the filing.
The company has confirmed that the communication is made in compliance with Regulation 30 of SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015.
