“I do not understand how it’s possible Raphinha didn’t win the Ballon d’Or,” Simeone said, stressing that the winger’s all-round abilities make him one of the most complete players in world football today. “The Ballon d’Or winner had to be him,” he added, expressing admiration for the 27-year-old’s impact and versatility.
