Apeejay Surrendra Park Hotels Limited has entered into a long-term 12-year lease agreement to operate the fully furnished and operational hotel property “Casa De Katson” located in Bardez, Goa, the company informed in an exchange filing on December 2, 2025.
The lease has been executed with Katsons Hotel and Developer Private Limited as the lessor and Mr. Ved Parkash Kataria as the confirming party. As part of the agreement, the company has received physical possession of the hotel along with all existing furniture, fixtures, equipment, plant and machinery on the date of execution.
About the Property
The leased hotel comprises:
- 42 fully furnished rooms (with one additional room reserved for the confirming party)
- Built-up area of approximately 2772.69 sq. m.
- Located on land measuring 1850 sq. m., Survey No. 87/15, Bardez, Goa
- Includes all associated hotel facilities and amenities
Under the terms of the lease, Apeejay Surrendra Park Hotels will operate and manage the property under its own brand standards, retaining full operational and commercial rights throughout the 12-year period.
The company stated that the arrangement strengthens its portfolio expansion strategy while adding a fully functional Goa property to its network.
