ABD Maestro Pvt. Ltd., a subsidiary of Allied Blenders & Distillers (ABD), has announced the launch of YELLO Designer Whisky, a new product that combines Scotch malts with Indian malt whiskies. The release follows the company’s introduction of Rangeela Vodka, developed in collaboration with Ranveer Singh, Co-Founder and Creative Partner at ABD Maestro.

YELLO Designer Whisky features packaging designed to appeal to contemporary consumers, with a colour-forward look, streamlined lines and a visible “whisky window.” According to the company, the blend brings together Speyside and Highland Scotch malts matured in ex-bourbon oak barrels, offering notes of vanilla, caramel and gentle oak. The Indian malt component contributes additional warmth and a fuller finish.

ABD Maestro noted that India’s super-premium and luxury spirits category has been expanding as consumers increasingly prioritise products that align with their preferences and identity. The company positions YELLO Designer Whisky within this segment, aiming at buyers who seek distinct packaging and differentiated profiles.

The product has been introduced in Maharashtra with an MRP of ₹2,700 for a 750 ml bottle. ABD Maestro stated that launches in Goa, West Bengal and select North Indian markets will follow shortly.
