But the real story behind these images is very different.
The pictures that went viral are not from Netflix, Toei, or any official production team. They are AI-generated fan edits. In fact, the images post itself clearly mentions that the images are “not real — just a fanmade creation,” but that detail was conveniently ignored as the pictures spread across social media.
As of now, there has been absolutely no announcement from Netflix or the official creators confirming Shraddha Kapoor’s involvement in the series. There is no casting update, no media report, and no production hint suggesting Boa Hancock has been assigned to any actress yet — let alone Shraddha.
