Tottenham Hotspur head coach Thomas Frank has heaped enormous praise on Vitinha, boldly predicting that the Portuguese midfielder could become a future Ballon d’Or winner. Speaking after Spurs’ recent UEFA Champions League fixture, Frank was full of admiration for the 24-year-old’s growing influence in European football.

“Vitinha will be the next Ballon d’Or winner, What a player, wow! He’s just fantastic,” Frank said, visibly impressed during the post-match press conference. His comments come amid Vitinha’s outstanding run of form this season, where he has emerged as one of Europe’s most complete midfielders.

Vitinha has registered more touches and more forward passes than any other player in the Champions League this season, a proof to his increasing importance in dictating tempo and progressing play from midfield. His awareness, composure, and ability to break defensive lines have been key components of his side’s European campaign.
