Lokesh Machines Limited has announced that it has secured a fresh order valued at Rs 7.96 crore (inclusive of GST) from Kirloskar Oil Engines Limited, according to a regulatory filing submitted to BSE and NSE.
The order is for the supply of a fish liner boring and deck face milling SPM Machine, strengthening the company’s presence in the specialised machining solutions segment. The company stated that the order was officially received on November 26, 2025, at 02:16 PM (IST).
As per the disclosure, the order is a domestic supply contract, and the execution timeline extends till the end of June 2026 from the effective date. The filing also clarified that the awarding entity, Kirloskar Oil Engines Limited, has no promoter or related-party connection with Lokesh Machines.
This development adds to Lokesh Machines’ order pipeline as the company continues to supply advanced SPM (Special Purpose Machines) to major industrial clients.
