M&B Engineering has announced that its wholly owned US-based subsidiary, Phenix Construction Technologies Inc., has bagged a major export order for the design, manufacturing and supply of pre-engineered buildings and structural steel for a customer in the United States. While the company has not disclosed the client’s name because of confidentiality terms, it confirmed that this is a significant international contract for the group.
The project is scheduled to be completed within a period of three and a half months. As part of the financial arrangement, the company will receive a 30 percent advance along with other standard commercial terms. The scope of work includes complete design and engineering followed by manufacturing and delivery of structural steel systems tailored to the customer’s specifications.
The value of the contract stands at USD 7.53 million, which is approximately ₹67.12 crore. M&B Engineering clarified that neither the promoters nor any promoter group entities have any interest in the awarding organisation, ensuring that the transaction does not fall under related-party dealings.
