Weekend Ka Vaar brought a deeply emotional moment as Salman Khan asked the housemates to analyse a photo showing Tanya Mittal offering halwa to Ashnoor Kaur’s father, an attempt at apologizing for her earlier insensitive remarks about Ashnoor.

When asked for her take, Ashnoor didn’t hold back. She said she found Tanya’s gesture “fake” and insisted the apology lacked sincerity.

But Salman immediately stepped in to defend Tanya, explaining, “Jaha se ye aati haina, unke culture mein hai. Pair chhuna, izzat dena.”

He stressed that for Tanya, respecting elders and making amends through gestures like touching feet or offering food is cultural — not performative.

Despite Salman’s clarification, Ashnoor remained unconvinced. So Salman turned to Tanya for her perspective.

Tanya spoke with visible emotion, “Maine unse dil se sorry bola, but unhone convince hote nahi dekhe mujhe. Agar koi bada mujhse naraaz hai, toh vo jab tak nahi maan jaate, mujhe bohot takleef hoti hai.”

She added that this was exactly why she prepared halwa and approached Ashnoor’s father again — hoping her sincerity would reach him.

Salman responded gently, “I feel you.”

The moment softened the atmosphere in the house, illustrating the cultural differences and emotional complexities behind gestures of apology. While Ashnoor still seemed unsure, Salman’s support made it clear that Tanya’s intention, at least in his view, was genuine.

The exchange highlighted how personal relationships and misunderstandings get magnified inside the Bigg Boss house — where even a bowl of halwa can spark debate about sincerity, culture, and respect.
