NBCC (India) Limited has added another notable project to its portfolio with the award of a new contract from Canara Bank. The company has confirmed that it will be handling the construction of the bank’s upcoming Regional and Circle Office building at Murma, Nagri Anchal in Ranchi, Jharkhand. The project carries an estimated value of about ₹45.09 crore, excluding GST.

According to the company’s disclosure, the assignment involves complete Project Management Consultancy for the construction of the official premises. Since the project has been awarded by a domestic entity, it falls fully under the domestic operations of NBCC. The scope revolves around delivering a modern, functional office infrastructure for Canara Bank, though the specific timeline for execution has not been detailed yet.

The company clarified that this engagement does not fall under any related-party transaction, and neither the promoter group nor any associated entities hold any interest in the awarding body. With the addition of this project, NBCC continues to strengthen its presence in the institutional and office-space development segment, reinforcing its role as a trusted government-backed engineering and construction consultancy in India.
