NBCC (India) Limited has received a significant project award from the Nagpur Metropolitan Region Development Authority (NMRDA) for the development of Naveen Nagpur under Phase-1. The company has been entrusted with the role of Project Management Consultant (PMC), with the contract valued at approximately ₹2,966.10 crore, excluding GST.
The project involves comprehensive management and oversight of developmental works planned for the Naveen Nagpur region. As the PMC, NBCC will be responsible for ensuring timely execution, technical coordination, quality assurance, and adherence to the development objectives set by NMRDA. The assignment forms a key component of the broader regional expansion initiatives underway in and around Nagpur.
The contract has been awarded by a domestic government authority, with no related-party interest from the company’s promoter or promoter group. The engagement is strictly within the domestic domain and is aimed at supporting long-term urban infrastructure growth.
With this addition to its order book, NBCC strengthens its portfolio of large-scale urban development and infrastructure management projects across the country.
