Paras Defence and Space Technologies Ltd has announced that it has won a significant order worth around ₹71.68 crore (including GST) from IRDE-DRDO, under the Ministry of Defence. This order involves the supply of two high-precision Optronic Periscopes designed for submarine applications, further strengthening the company’s presence in the defence optics segment.

The company shared the details in a regulatory filing made under SEBI’s Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements. According to the filing, the order has been placed by a domestic government entity, and there is no involvement of any promoter or related-party interest.

The project is scheduled for execution between August and September 2026, indicating a structured delivery timeline aligned with defence procurement standards.

Paras Defence continues to be one of the key Indian players in defence and space engineering, and this order adds to its growing portfolio of strategic defence equipment. The company’s expertise in optoelectronics and defence-grade technologies has helped it secure multiple government-backed contracts over the years.
