CIAN Agro Industries & Infrastructure Ltd on Friday, November 17, announced that it has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Andhra Pradesh Medtech Zone Limited (AMTZ) to strengthen its healthcare division through domestic and international supply of medical devices. The disclosure was filed with the Bombay Stock Exchange under Regulation 30 of SEBI (LODR) norms.
According to the filing, AMTZ—India’s first integrated medical devices manufacturing zone with over 165 state-of-the-art facilities—has authorised CIAN Agro to represent it for medical equipment, consumables, and services across India and global markets. The collaboration aims to expand access to Indian-made healthcare technologies while supporting export-led opportunities.
Under the MoU, CIAN Agro will, upon mutual consent, participate in quoting and negotiating for equipment supply, managing installations, providing application training, handling after-sales support, and collecting payments for government and private sector projects.
The company stated that the partnership aligns with its vision to broaden its healthcare vertical and leverage AMTZ’s manufacturing ecosystem for wider domestic and international deployment of medical devices.
