Premier Explosives Limited has informed the exchanges that it has entered into a non-binding Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with the Andhra Pradesh Economic Development Board on November 13, 2025. The agreement outlines the company’s intention to invest around ₹500 crore in Andhra Pradesh.
As part of this planned investment, Premier Explosives aims to set up a new facility dedicated to manufacturing defence and aerospace products. The proposed establishment is expected to support the state’s push toward becoming a hub for advanced manufacturing while strengthening the company’s long-term growth plans.
In the exchange filings, Premier Explosives shared, “We wish to inform you that our Company, Premier Explosives Limited had signed a non-binding Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with Andhra Pradesh Economic Development Soard, Government of Andhra Pradesh on November 13, 2025. Under this MOU, the Company has proposed to make an investment of about Rs. 500 crore in the State of Andhra Pradesh for setting up an establishment for manufacture of Defence and Aerospace products.”
