NBCC released its Q2 FY25 earnings, showing a mix of profit growth and stable operational performance. The company posted a net profit of ₹153.5 crore, up 26% from ₹122 crore in the same quarter last year. The rise in profitability comes even as margins softened slightly due to higher project-related costs.
NBCC’s revenue for the quarter stood at ₹2,910.2 crore, marking a 19% increase compared with ₹2,446 crore a year ago. The pace of execution across key projects supported the topline growth.
EBITDA for the period came in at ₹100.8 crore, almost flat compared with ₹100.3 crore last year. As a result, the operating margin eased to 3.5%, down from 4% in the previous year, indicating some pressure on cost efficiencies.
