Matrimony.com Limited reported its financial results for the quarter ended September 30, 2025, showing a marginal decline in revenue and a sharp drop in profitability compared to last year. The company posted revenue from operations of ₹114.59 crore, down 0.79% year-on-year from ₹115.50 crore in Q2 FY25 and lower by 0.64% sequentially from ₹115.33 crore in Q1 FY26.

Total income for the quarter stood at ₹120.72 crore, slipping 2.74% YoY from ₹124.12 crore and down 0.81% QoQ from ₹121.71 crore.

Expenses for Q2 FY26 came in at ₹110.72 crore, flat QoQ versus ₹110.68 crore, but higher by 3.56% YoY compared to ₹106.91 crore in the same quarter last year.

The impact of higher expenses was reflected in profitability. Profit before tax stood at ₹9.94 crore, marking a 42.12% decline YoY from ₹17.18 crore and an 8.29% drop QoQ from ₹10.84 crore.

Net profit for the quarter was ₹7.76 crore, down 41.04% YoY from ₹13.16 crore and lower by 7.62% QoQ from ₹8.40 crore.

For the half-year period ended September 30, 2025, total income stood at ₹242.43 crore compared with ₹251.52 crore in the previous year, while net profit for the six months stood at ₹16.16 crore.
