Global managed services provider Ensono has announced a US$250 million (₹2,207 crore) investment in artificial intelligence over the next five years, alongside the launch of its dedicated AI & Innovation Division, marking a major expansion of its AI-first strategy.

The Illinois-based MSP said the new division will unite specialists across engineering, data science, business analysis, and software development to accelerate innovation and deliver next-generation solutions to clients.

“AI is no longer a tool, it’s the engine through which we deliver value,” said Jim Piazza, Chief AI Officer, Ensono. “This investment reflects our commitment to harnessing AI’s transformative potential to drive innovation, efficiency and meaningful human impact.”

AI Driving Operational Transformation

Ensono said its AI-led approach is already improving reliability and performance across client systems.
Its Envision Predictive Engine (EPE) has reduced major incidents by 22% and cut mean time to resolution by 50%. Meanwhile, DiagnoseNow, an AI-powered troubleshooting system, enables teams to resolve incidents in less than half the usual time.

The company cited multiple instances where early AI detection helped prevent major disruptions — from resolving a critical system issue for an automotive manufacturer to fixing delays in a business-critical client system with zero operational impact.

AI for Associates: EnsoAI

For internal operations, Ensono has built EnsoAI, a secure platform using multiple large language models. It helps associates automate workflows, draft content, and collaborate efficiently. A recently launched upgrade enables teams to create AI agents and share prompt libraries to enhance productivity.

Strengthening AI Through Snowflake Collaboration

Ensono is deepening its AI foundation through a collaboration with Snowflake, centralizing terabytes of data into the Snowflake AI Data Cloud to power EPE, DiagnoseNow, and future AI models.

“With this new division, Ensono can bring its innovators together to accelerate AI projects and drive customer value more quickly,” said Abhi Saini, Product Management Manager at Snowflake.
