Globus Spirits Limited reported a strong turnaround in its financial performance for the quarter ended September 30, 2025 (Q2 FY26), with a sharp improvement in profitability on both year-on-year (YoY) and sequential bases.

The company’s net profit jumped to Rs 233 million, a staggering 1399% rise YoY from Rs 16 million in Q2 FY25, supported by improved margins and higher income. Sequentially, profit rose 26% over Q1 FY26.

Globus Spirits’ net revenue from operations increased 4% YoY to Rs 6,606 million, compared to Rs 6,379 million in the same quarter last year. On a quarter-on-quarter (QoQ) basis, revenue declined slightly by 5% from Rs 6,990 million in Q1 FY26.
Total income for the quarter stood at Rs 6,634 million, up 4% YoY.

The company’s EBITDA surged 89% YoY to Rs 626 million versus Rs 331 million last year, while the EBITDA margin expanded to 9% from 5% a year earlier. Profit before tax also recorded a sharp jump to Rs 266 million, up over 100x YoY.

For the first half of FY26, Globus Spirits reported total income of Rs 13,648 million, up 6% YoY, while net profit increased 133% YoY to Rs 419 million.

The improvement in performance was driven by stronger gross margins (up to 33% in Q2 FY26 from 28% last year), controlled material costs, and robust operational efficiency.
