Chennai, November 12, 2025: Refex Renewables & Infrastructure Limited, a Refex Group company, announced with deep sorrow the passing of Mr. Krishnan Kunchithapatham, Vice-President (Operations & Maintenance), on November 12, 2025, after a prolonged critical illness.
Mr. Kunchithapatham had been associated with the company for nearly four years, leading the Operations & Maintenance function of its solar vertical. The company, in its official filing to BSE, expressed deep appreciation for his valuable contributions during his tenure.
Refex Renewables stated, “The company places on record its deep appreciation for his valuable contributions during his tenure,” and confirmed that his passing marks the cessation of his term effective November 12, 2025.
Mr. Kunchithapatham played a pivotal role in strengthening the company’s renewable operations and was a key part of its solar infrastructure division.
