Brazil national team coach Carlo Ancelotti has expressed his support for young striker Endrick, who has been struggling for regular minutes at Real Madrid under new manager Xabi Alonso. Speaking about the teenager’s future, Ancelotti emphasized that Endrick’s talent and potential remain unquestionable despite his current challenges at the club level.
“Endrick needs to talk to Real Madrid to find out what’s best for him… he’s very young. This won’t be his last World Cup,” Ancelotti said, as quoted by Fabrizio Romano. The Italian tactician highlighted that the 18-year-old’s journey is just beginning and that patience will be key to his development.
Ancelotti, who coached Endrick briefly before taking charge of Brazil, added, “He can play in the 2026 World Cup because he has quality, but he could also be in the 2030 World Cup, or 2034, and maybe even 2038.” His words underline the immense potential of the teenage forward, who joined Real Madrid from Palmeiras amid huge expectations.
