Cloud computing solutions provider E2E Networks Limited reported a net loss of Rs 13.46 crore for the quarter ended September 30, 2025 (Q2 FY26), compared to a profit of Rs 12.14 crore in the same quarter last year, as per its unaudited financial results filed with the exchanges.
Revenue from operations stood at Rs 43.8 crore, down 7.9% year-on-year from Rs 47.55 crore in Q2 FY25, while total income fell to Rs 52.1 crore from Rs 48.4 crore in the year-ago period.
Total expenses surged to Rs 70.6 crore in Q2 FY26 from Rs 32.3 crore in Q2 FY25, primarily due to higher depreciation and amortization expenses, which nearly tripled year-on-year to Rs 42.8 crore from Rs 12.5 crore.
E2E Networks’ EBITDA for the quarter stood at Rs 18.01 crore, compared to Rs 31.44 crore in the same period last year, marking a decline of over 42.7% YoY. The EBITDA margin contracted sharply to 41.12%, down from 66.12% in Q2 FY25, indicating pressure on profitability amid rising operating costs.
For the six months ended September 30, 2025, total income was Rs 103.21 crore, compared to Rs 90.08 crore in the same period last year.
The company’s overall performance was weighed down by higher employee costs and depreciation expenses linked to its expanding infrastructure investments in the cloud services segment.
E2E Networks continues to focus on strengthening its cloud and AI infrastructure offerings across India while maintaining long-term operational discipline.
