Anand Rathi Wealth Limited has announced with deep sorrow the sudden demise of Mr. Chethan Shenoy, the company’s Head of Product & Research, who passed away in the early hours of November 8, 2025, due to cardiac arrest.
In an exchange filing with the NSE and BSE, the company stated that Mr. Shenoy’s leadership and dedication played a key role in the firm’s growth and success. “His passing is a great loss, and he will be deeply missed by all employees, clients, and stakeholders,” the filing read.
The disclosure was made under Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, and signed by Mr. Pravin Jogani, Company Secretary and Compliance Officer.
Anand Rathi Wealth extended its heartfelt condolences to Mr. Shenoy’s family during this difficult time.
