Friday, Nov 7: Refex Industries Limited announced that it has secured a major order worth approximately Rs 30.12 crore for the transportation of pond ash from a public sector power producer to National Highways Authority of India (NHAI) road projects.
The order, awarded by a domestic PSU, will be executed over a five-month period, marking another milestone in Refex’s growing presence in the environmental and industrial logistics segment.
According to the company’s filing with the stock exchanges, the contract falls under Regulation 30 of SEBI Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements, and there is no related party involvement in the transaction.
Refex Industries, led by Company Secretary Ankit Poddar, stated that the order strengthens its operational footprint in sustainable resource management and infrastructure support through environmentally responsible ash utilization.
