AIA Engineering Limited reported a steady performance for the quarter ended September 30, 2025 (Q2 FY25), with a notable improvement in profitability despite stable revenue growth.
The company’s total revenue from operations stood at ₹1,047.76 crore, compared with ₹1,044.20 crore in the same period last year, reflecting a marginal rise of 0.3% year-on-year. Including other income of ₹98.33 crore, total income came in at ₹1,146.09 crore, slightly higher than ₹1,134.30 crore in Q2 FY24.
On the operational front, EBITDA rose 7.7% YoY to ₹297 crore, compared to ₹275.7 crore in the corresponding quarter last year. The EBITDA margin expanded to 28.4% from 26.4% YoY, indicating better cost management and higher operational efficiency.
Total expenses increased modestly to ₹786.53 crore, up 1.8% from ₹773.64 crore a year ago, as material and freight costs stayed elevated but largely under control.
Consequently, profit before tax stood at ₹359.96 crore, compared with ₹337.34 crore last year — an increase of 6.7% YoY. After accounting for taxes of ₹82.48 crore, net profit for the quarter rose 8.5% YoY to ₹277.47 crore, versus ₹255.62 crore in Q2 FY24.
For the first half of FY25, AIA Engineering posted total income of ₹2,293.36 crore, slightly higher than ₹2,236.29 crore in the previous year’s first half. Net profit for H1 FY25 came in at ₹515.83 crore, compared with ₹505.80 crore in H1 FY24.
