Friday, November 7: RailTel Corporation of India Ltd has received a work order worth Rs 65.70 crore from Sarva Shiksha Abhiyan (SSA), Education Department, Gujarat, for the design, installation and maintenance of Educational LBD Labs across the state.
The contract, classified as a domestic SITC (Supply, Installation, Testing and Commissioning) project, is scheduled to be executed by November 8, 2028. The work order was issued on November 6, 2025, at 18:50 hrs.
RailTel clarified that there is no promoter or group company interest in the awarding entity and confirmed that the transaction does not fall under related-party arrangements.
