Mumbai, Friday, November 7: The listing ceremony of Piramal Finance on the National Stock Exchange (NSE) saw prominent attendees including Isha Ambani, Radhika Merchant, Shloka Mehta, and Nita M. Ambani, Founder-Chairperson of Reliance Foundation.
The event marked the relisting of diversified NBFC Piramal Enterprises, which had earlier delisted in September 2025 following its merger with Piramal Finance, its wholly owned subsidiary. The relisting on the bourses took place on Friday, November 7, symbolizing a new chapter for the Piramal Group’s financial services business.

Speaking to Moneycontrol, Jairam Sridharan, Managing Director and CEO of Piramal Finance, highlighted that the company’s next phase of growth will be driven by improved operating efficiencies, business maturity, and the integration of advanced technology, including artificial intelligence.
He added that Piramal Finance aims to achieve a 3 percent Return on Assets (RoA) in the coming years, underscoring the company’s focus on sustainable and profitable expansion within India’s evolving NBFC sector.
The relisting marks an important milestone for Piramal Finance as it continues to strengthen its position in the financial services ecosystem, targeting growth through innovation and disciplined execution.
