Gateway Distriparks Limited reported its financial results for the quarter ended September 30, 2025, posting strong year-on-year growth in revenue and profitability.

The logistics and rail-freight operator posted consolidated revenue of Rs 567.32 crore, an increase of 45% YoY from Rs 389.99 crore in the same period last year. Sequentially, revenue rose 3% QoQ from Rs 550.43 crore in June 2025.

Net profit for the quarter came in at Rs 66.30 crore, up 10% YoY from Rs 60.14 crore in Q2 FY25. On a sequential basis, profit increased 7% QoQ over Rs 62.18 crore in the previous quarter.

Operating momentum remained firm, supported by higher rail volumes and improved container handling throughput. Total expenses stood at Rs 501.75 crore, up from Rs 329.73 crore YoY and Rs 482.38 crore QoQ, tracking expanded activity and cost input inflation.

The company continues to benefit from growing demand for rail-based logistics, enhanced container movement and improving operational efficiency across terminals.
