The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI) will declare the CA Intermediate September 2025 exam results today, November 3, 2025. As per the official notification, the CA Inter results will be announced around 2 pm, ahead of the CA Foundation results.
Candidates who appeared for the Group I and Group II examinations can check their scores at the official ICAI result portals by entering their roll number and registration number.

Passing criteria for CA Intermediate
- Minimum 40% marks in each paper, AND
- Minimum 50% aggregate across all subjects in each group
- Candidates scoring 70% or above will receive a ‘Pass with Distinction’
What happens after results?
- ICAI will begin the answer sheet revaluation & verification window soon after declaration
- Candidates who fail one group may reattempt in the next exam cycle
- Qualified candidates will proceed toward CA Final preparation and Articleship (if pending)
The CA Intermediate exam was conducted in September across two groups, with Group I held on September 4, 7, and 9, and Group II on September 11, 13, and 15.
