Bajaj Electricals announced that its Chief Financial Officer (CFO) and Key Managerial Personnel, Mr. E.C. Prasad, will be stepping down from his role effective January 26, 2026, as he moves on to pursue a new professional opportunity.

The company’s Board of Directors, during its meeting held today, accepted his resignation and extended heartfelt appreciation for his significant contributions over the years. Bajaj Electricals noted that Mr. Prasad played a key role in strengthening the company’s financial operations and guiding it through an important phase of growth.

Bajaj Electricals Q2 Results

Bajaj Electricals reported its financial results for the quarter ended September 2025 (Q2 FY26), showing a dip in profit despite a slight improvement in operating margins.

The company’s consolidated net profit came in at ₹9.9 crore, down 23% year-on-year from ₹12.9 crore in Q2 FY25. Revenue from operations stood at ₹1,107.14 crore, nearly flat compared to ₹1,118.33 crore a year ago — a marginal decline of about 1%.

However, operational performance showed an improvement. EBITDA rose to ₹61.9 crore from ₹51.6 crore last year, marking an increase of around 20% year-on-year. The EBITDA margin improved to 5.6% from 4.6% in the same period last year.
