Lupin Digital Health, the digital health arm of Lupin, has launched VITALYFE, an AI-powered cardiometabolic wellness platform designed specifically for India’s working professionals. The platform aims to tackle rising cardiometabolic risks among corporate employees by combining clinical science with artificial intelligence and behavioural insights.

Built on the company’s CDSCO-approved LYFE cardiac recovery platform, VITALYFE extends hospital-grade cardiac care support into preventive wellness. The offering will be available through insurers, corporates, and brokers, helping organisations integrate heart-health programs into employee benefits.

According to Lupin, nearly 80% of India’s workforce shows early signs of hypertension or dyslipidemia, driven by long work hours, stress, lack of physical activity, and poor sleep habits. The platform uses AI to detect risk factors and guide lifestyle changes through modules such as heart-age tracking, photo-based nutrition analysis, computer vision-enabled exercise feedback, meditation support, and gamified wellness challenges.

“Cardiometabolic risks silently erode both health and productivity,” said Rajeev Sibal, President – India Region Formulations at Lupin. He noted that VITALYFE will allow employers and insurers to offer measurable wellness outcomes at scale.

VITALYFE provides organisations with anonymised dashboards to monitor improvements in heart-age, activity levels, and participation. Lupin stressed that the platform is not intended to diagnose or treat medical conditions, and adheres to India’s DPDP Act with ISO 27001-certified data security.

With heart disease emerging as one of India’s biggest health concerns in the workforce, Lupin aims to make cardiometabolic wellness mainstream and measurable through technology-driven preventive care.
