Bayern Munich continued their red-hot form in the Bundesliga with a commanding 4-1 victory over FC Köln on Thursday night, as star striker Harry Kane once again stole the spotlight with a brilliant brace.

The English forward, who joined Bayern from Tottenham Hotspur last summer, has been in sensational form this season, and his performance at the Allianz Arena was yet another reminder of his world-class finishing. Kane struck twice to take his tally to 22 goals in all competitions, along with three assists, reaching an astonishing 25 goal involvements already, and it’s still only October.

Bayern dominated from the opening whistle, creating numerous chances through Leroy Sané and Jamal Musiala. The breakthrough came midway through the first half when Kane opened the scoring with a composed finish inside the box. Köln briefly threatened with a well-taken equalizer, but the defending champions quickly regained control.

Goals from Thomas Müller and Serge Gnabry extended Bayern’s lead, before Kane almost sealed the win in the second half with his trademark precision.
