NBCC (India) Limited announced on Wednesday that it has secured two new project management consultancy (PMC) contracts worth approximately Rs 79.11 crore in total from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI).
Project details
The new contracts include:
- Construction of ICAI Bhawan in Raipur, located at Plot No. A-130, Sector-11A, Kamal Vihar, Raipur, valued at Rs 20.77 crore (excluding GST).
- Construction of Centre of Excellence (COE) – Phase I in Guwahati, for the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India, valued at Rs 58.34 crore (excluding GST).
Both contracts have been awarded by a domestic entity and fall under the Project Management Consultancy (PMC) category.

NBCC clarified that these orders have been received in the normal course of business and are expected to further strengthen the company’s project portfolio in the institutional infrastructure development segment.
The projects will enhance NBCC’s ongoing association with premier professional institutions such as ICAI, where the company has delivered multiple high-quality infrastructure projects in the past.
