Hindustan Unilever Limited (HUL) on Thursday declared an interim dividend of Rs 19 per equity share of face value Re 1 each for the financial year ending March 31, 2026.

According to the company’s exchange filing, the record date to determine shareholders eligible for the dividend payout has been set as Friday, November 7, 2025, while the dividend will be paid on Thursday, November 20, 2025.

The announcement came following the company’s board meeting, which commenced at 9:30 AM IST and concluded at 10:38 AM IST. HUL stated that discussions on other agenda items will continue.

This dividend announcement follows HUL’s Q2 FY26 earnings report, where the FMCG giant posted a net profit of Rs 2,690 crore, up 3% year-on-year, and reported a stable EBITDA margin of 22.86%, slightly ahead of estimates.
