Bigg Boss 19 saw an exciting twist in the weekend episode as the star cast of the upcoming film Thamma — Ayushmann Khurrana, Rashmika Mandanna, and Nawazuddin Siddiqui — appeared as special guests on the show. The trio brought a wave of energy into the house along with a quirky task that sparked candid moments and a touch of drama among the contestants.
As part of the task introduced by the actors, housemates were asked to reveal who they think are “lappu” — a light-hearted term used to describe someone who is seen as insignificant or not impactful in the game. The segment led to a moment of tension when Shehbaz Badesha named Malti Chahar as his pick for “lappu.”
Malti, however, did not agree with the label. Reacting to the nomination, she explained her side, saying, “Main ghar mein bohot late aayi hu. Sab log set hain ek dusre ke saath. Agar jhagad bhi rahe toh phir bhi family ban chuke hai.”
She added, that they are not even trying to accept her, and are just expecting that Malti will try to blend in.
In a light-hearted moment that followed, Ayushmann Khurrana responded to Malti’s comment with a playful jab, saying, “Jab aap aayi na tab aapne apne fangs bohot bade dikhaye.”
The presence of the Thamma cast added both entertainment and introspection to the episode, offering viewers a mix of laughter and real emotions. The episode also served as a promotional boost for the film, with the trio engaging the housemates and the audience in equal measure.
