Ola Electric Mobility Ltd has announced that it will unveil its much-anticipated new energy product, titled “Ola Shakti,” on October 16, 2025, at 10:00 A.M. (IST) — a day earlier than previously planned.
The company, India’s largest pure-play electric vehicle manufacturer, had earlier scheduled the launch for October 17. The latest filing with the National Stock Exchange (NSE) and BSE confirmed the revised date and stated that further details will be available on the company’s official website under investor announcements.
This launch marks Ola Electric’s first venture beyond its core EV portfolio into the energy segment. The move follows recent statements from Chairman and Managing Director Bhavish Aggarwal, who hinted that the upcoming product would redefine “power” as deep tech — intelligent, portable, and personal.
The development comes at a time when shares of Ola Electric have gained momentum, rising nearly 4% earlier this week after reports of the new product surfaced on social media.
