Shares of G R Infraprojects Ltd slipped 1.22% to Rs 1,249.60 in early trade on Tuesday after the company confirmed that the Income Tax Department conducted a search at its offices.
According to the company’s filing, the search operation concluded on October 14, 2025, and the company emphasized that its business operations remain unaffected. G R Infraprojects did not disclose further details regarding the nature or outcome of the search.
The infrastructure firm, known for its road and highway construction projects across India, said it continues to function normally and that all ongoing operations are progressing as planned.
At 9:25 AM, shares were trading at Rs 1,249.60, down Rs 15.40 or 1.22%, compared to the previous close of Rs 1,265 on the National Stock Exchange (NSE).
