Ajmera Realty & Infra India Limited saw its shares surge sharply over 5% following the announcement of its Q2 FY26 operational results. As of 11:28 AM, the shares were trading 5.49% higher at Rs 1,045.05.

 The company reported its highest-ever quarterly sales, reaching ₹720 crores, marking a massive 184% year-on-year (YoY) growth. Total sales volume also rose significantly to 2,29,772 sq. ft., up 101% YoY, highlighting strong market demand and the company’s strategic positioning. Collections for the quarter climbed to ₹220 crores, up 66% YoY, reflecting healthy cash flow visibility.

For the first half of FY26, Ajmera Realty delivered impressive growth across key metrics. Sales volume reached 2,93,016 sq. ft., a 20% YoY increase, while sales value surged to ₹828 crores, up 48% YoY. Collections for H1 FY26 stood at ₹454 crores, up 52% YoY.
