Zaggle Prepaid Ocean Services Limited announced on Monday, October 6, that it has entered into an agreement with SMC Global Securities Limited to provide its Zaggle Zoyer and Zaggle Save solutions, which focus on employee expense management and benefits programs.
According to the company’s filing with the stock exchanges, the agreement is domestic in nature and will commence from October 6, 2025. It will remain in effect until terminated by either party. The partnership aims to streamline SMC Global’s employee expense processes and enhance financial efficiency using Zaggle’s digital platform.
Zaggle clarified that there is no promoter or related party interest involved in this transaction, and it does not qualify as a related-party transaction under SEBI regulations.
The collaboration marks another milestone for Zaggle as it continues expanding its enterprise-focused fintech offerings in India’s growing digital payments and employee benefits ecosystem.
