Cyient DLM Limited has announced that its Board of Directors will meet on Tuesday, October 14, 2025, to consider and approve the unaudited financial results for the quarter and half year ended September 30, 2025.
In a regulatory filing with the BSE and NSE, the company stated that the meeting will be conducted in compliance with Regulation 29 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.
The announcement was made by S. Krithika, Company Secretary and Compliance Officer, who confirmed that the necessary intimations have been submitted to both exchanges.
The company, headquartered in Hyderabad with key operations in Mysore, is expected to report its Q2 FY26 results during this meeting.
