The latest episode of the hit streaming reality show Rise and Fall turned chaotic as tempers flared between Arjun Bijlani and Akriti Negi, culminating in Arjun’s explosive outburst and Akriti storming off the stage.
The tension began when Akriti refused to pitch to Ultimate Ruler Arjun, a move that didn’t sit well with the show’s hierarchy. Ashneer Grover questioned Arjun’s decision to send Akriti to the Basement instead of wildcard contestant Manisha. Arjun clarified that his original intent had been to nominate Arbaaz, not Akriti, but her unwillingness to pitch “left him with no choice.”
Akriti defended herself emotionally, saying, “Jaise Arjun sir ne bola tha ki aap mentally weak ho, toh mai unko bataungi ki mai mentally weak nahi thi, sirf emotionally weak ho gayi thi aur upar kaafi akeli mehsoos kar rahi thi.”
Her remarks irked Arjun, who snapped back, “Yeh akela wala mat bola karo yaar. Tum khud akeli baithti ho upar. Hum yeh blame aur victim card aur nahi lenge.”
As the argument intensified, Akriti stormed off the stage — prompting Arjun to lash out: “Sir, what is this behaviour? Isi wajah se she should be in the Basement and then out of the show. Har time victim card. Main yahan kaam karke baitha hoon, faltu ka sehne wala nahi.”
The situation escalated further when Kubbra Sait stepped in to confront Arjun, accusing him of using abusive language. Arjun fired back, “Tumne di, isiliye tumhe lautai gayi. Sabne dekha kisne kisko di.”
The verbal duel reached boiling point before Ashneer Grover intervened, urging calm: “Yeh ek tough game hai. Hum samajhte hain yeh reactions aapke.”
A visibly frustrated Arjun ended the confrontation with a sharp “F**k you,” before storming off stage, declaring he didn’t care for any apology.
The fiery episode has since sparked a storm online, with fans divided over whether Akriti’s emotional stance or Arjun’s blunt reaction was justified.
