Sri Lotus shares jump over 2% as company launches Juhu and Versova projects with Rs 130 crore bookings

Shares of Sri Lotus jumped over 2% today following the company’s announcement of two new luxury residential projects in Mumbai — The Arcadian in Juhu and Amalfi in Versova. The projects have seen an enthusiastic response, with initial bookings totaling ₹130 crore within just the first week of launch. As of 9:38 AM, the shares were trading 2.13% higher at Rs 193.09.

The Arcadian project in Juhu recorded bookings of ₹92 crore, while Amalfi in Versova added ₹38 crore. With estimated gross development values (GDV) of ₹700 crore for Arcadian and ₹300 crore for Amalfi, both developments are attracting strong interest thanks to their prime locations, unique architectural themes, and Sri Lotus’s reputation for timely delivery.

Looking ahead, the company also confirmed plans to launch Project Varun in Bandra in Q3 FY26. This ultra-luxury development, located in one of Mumbai’s most prestigious neighborhoods, is expected to further strengthen Sri Lotus’s presence in the premium housing segment.

Chairman and Managing Director Anand K Pandit said the projects reflect the company’s growth ambitions. For FY26, Sri Lotus is targeting pre-sales of ₹1,100–1,300 crore, along with revenue growth of 75–85% year-on-year and PAT growth of 30–35% year-on-year.
