Adani Enterprises has announced that its wholly owned subsidiary, Adani Road Transport Limited (ARTL), has signed agreements to acquire two highway development companies — Yashodhan Highways Private Limited (YHPL) and KN Highways Development Private Limited (KNHDPL).
The agreements were signed on 30th September 2025 with the existing shareholder DRN Infrastructure Private Limited. Once the deals go through, ARTL will hold a 100% stake in both companies.
The acquisitions are part of Adani’s strategy to expand its footprint in India’s road infrastructure sector. The transactions are still subject to regulatory approvals and other standard closing conditions.
Neither YHPL nor KNHDPL currently have any Adani group shareholding, and the deals are not classified as related party transactions. After completion, ARTL will gain full ownership, including rights to appoint directors and manage capital structure, strengthening its position in the roads business.
